    You're more positive than I am, but yes Cannon's cannon cannoning off the post would have made things more comfortable.

    We had three goals ruled out, but in fairness I think all three were scored after the whistle had blown so that makes it 'easier' the opposition would stop.

    Did you keep your flag?

    Don't tend to nowadays, Sharpe* The Isle of Wight Supporters Club are pretty good at laying on a coach (or minibus) and obtaining tickets for fans that are interested though.

    Occasionally. I mostly live in the West Midlands nowadays so any teams nearby I'll try to do. Last year I did Shrewsbury and Peterborough away. Kind of want to do Burton Albion away this year, but unfortunately that is the last game of the season.

    Also you have to take into account that anywhere south of Nottingham is pretty hard to get tickets for as an away fan.

    Done well! Handy being in the centre /Midlands. Most teams in the league seem to be northern this year!

    I've only done one game - away at Coventry a couple of years back in the league Cup. Week day.

    Decent but not the same when you've got work next day and the Ricoh Arena was dead due to their owner problems.

    I noticed Harrison was subbed for the second half. Has he picked up another injury? Have Pompey been duped into buying an injury prone striker?

    If so, I hope PFC are patient enough and give him full recovery time. In the meantime we can look forward to Hawkins returning to the bench, at some stage coming off and then hopefully ramming in a hatrick and stuffing it down the throats of the boo-boys.

    It appears that Close /Naylor is Pompey´s best midfield combination. McCorrie will have to bide his time and learn from his error on the first match day.

    Kenny Jackett replaced him at half time with John Marquis, for tactical reasons. As far as I know, he was not injured.

    Yeah hopefully will be competitive and entertaining!

    Managed to blag a friend of mine to come. Slowly converting him after taking him to Fratton Park last year!

    Staying in a B&B for £35 in total!

    Actually looking forward to having a look round Blackpool too.
