Good news - lots of incoming players, strengthening the squad (at least on paper) Shame so many were late in the window (again) and so first few matches they’ll be bedding in. And I’ll be spending those matches trying to work out who is who - so much for going to the Amiens match to get a head start. I like to name the players I am “advising and coaching” from the stands.
Does McCann know we don't do crosses? We have the trendy left footer on right side and vice versa. Rarely see Bowen or Kamil actually cross.
You never know, that could have been tactical. Perhaps they'll do that now under new management... You do realise that players and teams can change and are not fixed don't you....
It's not just the club that's to blame for late signings, it's the nature of the transfer window. Pretty much all clubs have signed today....
On Elder. There was talk last season he was going to be back up to Ben Chilwell this year as Christian Fuchs’ contract was up. Elder went on loan to Ipswich and it didnt get aswell as hoped. Brendan Rodgers then convinced Fuchs to sign a new deal despite him saying for years he was leaving at the end of his contract So within them few months the clubs stance on Elder changed. But now he has a proper home where he will get chances he will hopefully kick on for you Good to get some of our Maguire money back. Btw we made Man U pay the whole amount up front so you will get your £9.5M in 1 go aswell
We’ve made a few signings, they may, hopefully, turn out to be quality but also may turn out to be turd. That doesn’t matter, they’ll be supported. What we do know, for definite, is that despite them supporting the Manager in beefing out the squad to an extent that it could be competitive, our owners remain two massive ****s.
Careful Bob. I’m guessing Ehab wasn’t involved & it was all Daddy’s doing, A contractual obligation to keep Terry sweet, for now. They’ll sack him early January & won’t have anyone in place before the next window closes so no commitment for the rest of the season. Pay on the day away days again. Is Vicky BrewersDroopCock (sp) still at the Club? What does she do? Does anyone hear from her?
Got to admit that I'm very uninspired with those compared to some signings made by rivals. I know we are not in the best financial position but it seems like were preparing for league 1
We demanded it in 1 go due to the way Man U was acting It is normal practise to break payments up especially big money moves Rob Tanner worked for the Leicester mercury for the last 10 years and very reliable
We are not preparing for L1, we are preparing to maintain second division status, that is our aspiration, 14th, silverware we don't care remember, European Glory and World Domination are on hold for the new owners, CTID.
