Just to double check ticket arrangements...

    I got the letter from the club about the new ticketing arrangements for members, I haven't done anything because I want to keep my seat. Do I have to do anything or will it stay the same? I know the price will have changed, that isn't the issue, I didn't know if they need to send out a new card or some ****.

    I could ring the club, but I trust you lot more.

    If you have done nothing you don’t need a new card yet and your price won’t have yet gone down. The new card and new price will kick in on 1 October.

    If you had already told the club that you are an adult (or concession) then you would have already had your price changed and received a new temporary card. The club emailed members about this around May time, from memory.

    I've checked this exact thing

    You need to record a video of yourself making a personal message to Ehab describing what a fine custodian of Hull City he is, probably the best ever, and confirming you will be happy for the club to be called anything he likes in the future

    Just upload it on here and we'll check it for you

    I think everyone gets a new card in September, without having to do anything.

    Should be fine if you are in the same seat as last season , we got sent cards for first 3 games as we've moved (again)
    then new cards will be sent out in september

    I have got a new card which is only valid for the first three games and then I will be getting another one apparently.
    No idea why but the paper for the letter the card was attached to was rather fancy considering it only has a three match life

    Yeah I thought that too.
    I was equally baffled why they didn’t simply change my existing card on the computer to let me in a different stand?
    I know I would have to remember my seat number myself, but I think that would be just about achievable.

    Its because the current cards have the old badge on it.
    The new ones after the first three games will have the new crest on.......so I was told

    But I have not moved in 6 years..just got an e mail reminding me to take my new card on Satday...it’s going to be carnage...many to miss kick off.

    I fannied about and left it too late to get the seats I wanted, bit annoying really, as they were available two days before I got my arse in gear, there's only seats low down in E5, E6 and E7 now.

    There’s a couple of seats in front of us in E6 that are empty year round, yet are never for sale. For the last couple of seasons, the old boy that used to sit in them turns up on the first day of the season, greets everyone around, stays for the match and then we don’t see him again.

    I presume he’s a lifelong fan and either minted or family pay for his tickets so he’s got a seat ready if he’s up to going. Hope he’s there on Saturday.
