    Nah, it just shows they are human and up for a bit of a laugh. I think that’s a good thing for the police to show. Especially in communities where there’s a history of distrust.

    As usual, it depends on the context, I'd rather see them 'in the spirit' of the carnival, to looking intimidating, which would probably cause more problems than it solved.
