#lcfc and Sampdoria still some way apart in valuation of midfielder Dennis Praet. Leicester have long-standing interest in the man who played alongside Youri Tielemans at Anderlecht, but £24m asking fee is too high. Player keen on move, but options at AC Milan and Valencia too.

I can see Praet getting completed, but don't see anything else happening.

We are linked with a loan move for 21yo CB Merih Demiral from Juventus.

Apparently we want to send Benkovic on loan to get move experience as well.

 

Welbeck has gone to Watford. Can’t help but feel like we’ve missed a trick here - could be perfect back up for Vardy and offers some versatility out wide. Being a rotation option would have helped his fitness too.

Not sure where he fits. Are we that big we now have 20mill players on the bench? Thought a winger would have been more of a priority. Ajer would also have been good. Nearly my bed time and it will be all over when I get up, hope the day went well.
