One that catches my eye and was also put up when it won for the second time in under a week back in June is FITZROVIA in the 6.30 Nottingham. Those two wins came when the ground was soft, soft/heavy so clearly loves those conditions as his next couple of races on good ground were pretty pants. The current conditions are soft/heavy with further showers expected. Opened up at 11/2 and down to 4/1 already. Also fancy GYPSY WHISPER in the 2.15 Newbury. Was well supported on debut and finished a staying on 4th over 6F. Form has been franked since and with improvement expected the step up to 7F looks good. Also has a good jockey on board who has had a few winners lately. Currently 16/1 so will go e/w.
Hollie Doyle has a live chance of a treble at Nottingham tomorrow evening. 5.25 Fanzone 6.00 Gallaside 7.30 uncertain smile That's probably put the Mockers on it though.
Morning 7.30 Nottingham-Cinzento @ 9-2 [Bet Victor] Should improve for shrewd trainer now stepped up in trip
hi fellas! catterick,2 00: not too much form to go on here, but ZUCKERBERG has run two good races so far,and can only improve further with experience.has the plum draw too,so a bold showing nearly assured. newbury,2 15: a big field, and plenty of well bred individuals.the ones with a run dont set the bar too high,so this could easily go to a newcmer, and i think,ARABIAN DREAM can go well on her debut.her trainer is a master in getting the best out of fillies,so she can go really well here, especially,if strong in the market.
Wejdan was 5/2 last night for the 2.15 Newbury. I see she won it at 13/2. That's some drift for the Haggas filly. I was speaking to a guy who reckoned the Beckett filly might be useful. Arabian Dream is a full sister to successful sire and Gimcrack winner Showcasing. They could not give her away today though. 5/1 out to 14/1 and finished 13th. The market knew about her but got the Haggas filly wrong.
newbury,3 50: well, its a bit of shot in the dark, but i think,D DAY might go well.although he showed next to nothing on his debut a few weeks ago,the hannon yard is often the go-to stable for me in juvenile races,so better can be expected today.james doyle also a significant choice.not to be underrated..
off topic folks but I have to say it has always been strange being a Derby supporter, from my youth when Cloughie was always dominating the back pages then onto the signing of Charlie george who left the metropolis to join little us, then the Franny Lee, Norman Hunter fight, more recently with "Frank Lampards Derby County" spashed all over the media and now Rooney becoming a Ram!!!!! Just waiting for the FFP brigade to have their field day
Already had my say on “other sport”. One mans Manipulation of the rules is another ones cheating ****ers. It seems as player coach you only have to justify half the wages. This after ground sale gate is tough to swallow , especially after the fuss Derby made when QPR were promoted via the playoffs.
I know but isn't it amazing that the primidonnas create such a massive talking point. they say that gate receipts don't really come into the equation anymore but we still pay £400 + to watch crap. Will still go on Saturday but will have my lucky 15 sorted by lunchtime thanks to the wonderful write ups and tips offered by you knowledgable comrades on this site. AND Cheltenham beats a day at Wembley every time!!!
