Nothing will ever beat ex-Nigeria president, Goodluck Jonathan.

Can’t see us going for him. Wrong age profile and not terribly good.

£25M is acceptable. And if its guaranteed I can now hope he puts in the same amount of effort up there, and frustrates the hell out of the Molineux faithful. Waste of talent that lad. For me, far more disappointing that Carrillo & Ely.

Sounds like a good deal - also he can't play against us this season if on loan, so if he turns out to be amazing, it won't affect us :)

However, if he turns out to be amazing [and there's a fair chance of that happening, given the lad's undoubted talent] it'll be down to Saints mis-management at the time.

Silly boy. He’d do as well to have got his head down and tried his heart out for us, then get a seriously big move, as go to Wolves (good though they are).

Wasn’t he also a FIFA official, caught up in some corruption scandal?

That's glorious, but, there's no 'h' in his name. So probs pronounced sex-warlee or something.

After all the talk about only bringing in players who were clear upgrades, that would be a mite bizarre.

With Hojbjerg, Romeu, JWP, Reed, Armstrong and Slattery I'd be tempted to not replace Lemina. Put his wages back into a top CB

CB is a higher priority, though we could definitely use a Wanyama-esque DM to provide help for our oft-beleaguered back four. But, like, one that is actually good, rather than a player who was occupying the bench in the Ukrainian Premier League fifteen months ago.

I agree ac CB is top priority but only PEH amongst that list is good enough (maybe Armstrong). We need a stronger presence alongside PEH who between them can take control of a match.

We do look rather under cooked. Hopefully things just start fitting together.

I think it is harsh to say JWP definitely isn't good enough. I have been quite critical of him in the past but he flourished under hassenhuttl.

Although I think he is better further up the pitch as oppose to protecting the defence

Well exactly. I think we should forget about JWP as a DM, everyone including Ralph knows he’s better as an attacking mid.
