Guy on FB just posted a vid of him & Roofe. Roofe apparently saying he'll be on crutches for 6 weeks, which means out for at least 2 months imo. Lot of fitness to catch up on.

It would appear that Phillips whose contract has until 2021 to expire wants to move to Villa so that money should free up so we can get a striker who can score goals Gayle for me ,Gibson for CB and if we need one a keeper so it should be busy on the transfer front next week perhaps Doc can give us an update

Mike the only update available is not much help. Nothing concrete anywhere just the usual paper talk, but even quieter than last week. One fact is that Oliver Sarkic has just about left the club as he played for Burton Albion yesterday. 3 overseas clubs are chasing and now Nigel Clough wants him so another one out of the door.

2 players we were supposed to be chasing have signed for WBA and Birmingham Sunjic and Sawyers.

Keeper situation still a mystery

Roofe is a crock aka darren sicknote anderton. Should have sold him before he played. Rads is to blame for all this crap. The aussie trip was stupid and badly planned the physios must be working overtime.
Goot to say it again but this pre season is a shambles.

You accuse him like it's his fault!

Did you see the tackle that went in on him to injure him? Even bloody Superman would have been out for a bit!

It's got nothing to do with him being injury prone - it's more to be with him being so good they need to take him down by fair means or foul.

There's the old striker adage - if you ain't getting clattered, you ain't playing very well. And he does play very well.
