Regard it more as an opportunity to pick up a huge plastics merchandising revenue stream the moment Spurs spank them.
Not a great performance but we should have scored more really. Most of the proper first teamers ranged from decent to poor. Liked the look of Tanganga, he gave Martial a bit too much space early on but corrected it quickly then next time Martial got the ball and got a really good tackle in. Parrott looked good when he got on the ball too and the youngsters at fullback did well at the end. Skipp really looks like he fits our style just hope we leave enough space in midfield for him to continue getting games.
I'm sure that this wasn't up yesterday, but it seems to have been uploaded two days ago: Skip the first 2 minutes if you just want to watch the action.
Most of them are howling about the bad tackles we put in Funny how I don't remember that same amount of hand-wringing after Roy Keant's assault on Alf Inge Haaland, but I certainly remember all manner of excuses trying to say Haaland "deserved" it...
Stamp the **** back...just be savvy about it That's the way forward, waiting for officials to open both eyes is pointless
And he also said that there was nothing wrong with our tackling, to be fair to him. “I thought it was a very good preparation for getting ready for the league. No tippy-toey football. You went in to tackle when you’re supposed to tackle, so I have no qualms about some of the tackles. Yeah, you’re worried but there’s no injuries … we also gave, we didn’t just receive.”
As usual, the real story goes unreported.....How ****ing good is Troy Parrot? For me, the lad's ready to go....Premier League.....Champions League.......he's ready.
Thanks lads, this thread has been really eye opening. Until now I only had written reports to go off which mentioned a studs first challenge by Pereira, now I have seen the reality. Andreas actually gets the ball with the side of his foot before Kane catches up and gets his leg involved. The report mentioned Sissoko's stamp but never mentioned that it was actually two stamps. Always good when you can see the incident yourself At least Poch has the good grace to accept what he sees (and Ole accepts that football is a mans game
Actually no stamps and Perreira was out of control and Poch was being sarcastic. Poor wum attempt 1 out of 10
