    When Burnsy interviewed him it seemed that the other players involved are subject to offers. So they are fee based transfers. Hopefully one of them is that lad at Peterborough we were linked with earlier in the window.

    I like McCann already. He definitely seems to be calling the shots and doesn’t seem like he’ll tolerate any ****wittery from the idiots.

    Newcastle United scouts were at the KCOM Stadium last night to take another look at Jarrod Bowen amid growing speculation the Magpies will make a move for the Hull City winger.

    The Newcastle Chronicle say the club's scouts were not just at the KCOM to watch Bowen, with the club also taking a closer look at Sweden international Emil Krafth, who plays for French League 1 side Amiens,last night's winners against the Tigers.

    Krafth, a 24-year-old defender, could be on his way to St James' Park, and there is a growing belief Bowen could be joining him although Newcastle are yet to launch any formal bid for the player.

    I agree, it must be a nightmare working for these two. However, to be fair he does seem to be a bit of a yes man, so really has only got himself to blame.

    If the lad had failed his medical we'd have heard about it by now either from our end or over in Ireland, imo its the "Fred Cano" approach that exist at the club in regards to engaging with the fans. probably signed yesterday and the press office is waiting for the nod from the toxic two to announce it.

    Cool, that would be five centre halves and McDonald once he finally comes back in. Plenty of depth and cover. Think McCann said he might loan McGloughlin out to a lower league club for six months.
