As an aside went to see the U18's play at Bishop Burton yesterday against Scunny, not good (in fact bloody awful) 4 nil down at half time, Craig Fagan and his team going bonkers at half time, finished 4- 2 so message seemed to get through for the second half. Will Keane training down there yesterday, still without club. Back to Amiens, 2-2 draw tonight
Injury concern for McKenzie Robbie McKenzie went down earlier in the first half and has picked up another knock. This time, it is too much for him and he has now been replaced by Lewis Ritson.
I don't agree with him that all our young lads had a good game, Greaves and Fleming did (though if it was a league game, there's a decent chance Fleming would been sent off) and Bowler is obviously a talented lad, but Sheaf and McKenzie still look out their depth to me. With the subs, Keane Lewis-Potter looked handy when he came on, but I thought Ritson was really poor. The tackle on Bowen by their ****er No.18 was ridiculous in a pre-season friendly.
Tafazolli looks big and strong and was decent in the air, but played himself into trouble a few times. Milikovic was a bit hit and miss, seemed to spend most of his time shouting at the lino. Toral was decent. Dicko was feeding off scraps, he still got a couple of shots on target, but pretty much all down the throat of the keeper.
I would have thought the crowd would be low enough to read out their names and thank them rather than announce the number
