That story was posted nearly a year before RFC decided to ignore the contract they had hashed out with SD, where SD had first refusal and decided to sign up with Elite as their strip distributor.

That is what these latest rounds of court proceedings have been about. Rfc's breach of contract.

They haven't won a single round.

But Phil must be vindicated because he said they wouldn't win even though EVERY PAPER didne really say they would
