    That's a spectator sport down here, watching gulls stealing ice creams and pasties <laugh>

    Makes me laugh when people start whinging about gulls though. They've been around for millions of years, humans suddenly build towns and start leaving food and scraps around all over the place and people have a pissy fit when a natural opportunist like the gull moves in and takes advantage of it.

    When I was in Canada last year I watched a Bald Eagle eyeing up a small dog on the beach, it swooped down talons out ready to take it and only turned away at the last minute when it spooked the owners and they screamed.

    Spoke to a bloke out there who said one took his cat from the front of his boat as he was crossing the sound in Tofino

    It tells you all you need to know about seagulls.

    That film was great when I was a kid ... the bit when the crows gather around the school is still ****ing awesome... the special effects? ... not so much <laugh>

    There were very few special effects used, a lot of the bird attack scenes were actually flocks of birds flying around the actors.
