Although we do need to win these games, this is only MW's second game as manager so I would imagine he is trying out formations and systems to find out what best suits the players etc. And each game will be different. IF we can get the two or three additional players he wants then this might give a more accurate reflection on the team he wants to put out.
This is the main criticism of him. Apparently, he quickly builds a successful fast passsing team that brings results for "a time" and then the style seems to be "found out". Then the strong criticism is that he "does not have a Plan B". All we can do is watch and observe. I am looking forward to experiencing the "successful" Plan A and yes, hoping that he has become more "flexible".
You prompted me to look at OddChecker! We currently seem to be 3/1 to 4/1 for relegation, but only only 5th in the list. please log in to view this image But we also are 10/1 to finish in the Top 6
Typical bookies 7/1 here Last season I wasted money at 13/1 for promotion Not that I thought it was a waste in November
You were not the only one rubbing their eyes in disbelief and new found hope in the November - December period!
Me and the lad have tickets. No idea if you can get in on the day, but I would have thought that you can. Let me know if you're going mate and we'll meet up.
