You never know with dallas bud. Did not see any of the game as link would not work for me even on mobile. I will wait for a highlights video.

 

Dallas is distinctly average when played up front but he's excellent at FB and better than Ayling imo

 

I dont rate Ayling at all to be honest. He is too slow at getting back and needs to ease up on the forward runs.

 

I am concerned that no out and out goal scorer has been found so far. I hope this changes as relying on Bamford to score does not bode well.

 

Any chance of the other goal elland

 

Poor luck from Bamford and my worry is he will see some of the stuff written about him on social media and then the pressure mounts. I think he has done everything well except score. He is hitting the ball as cleanly as he can but think he needs to have one in off his knee, shin, arse and then they'll come. Going to say he's hitting it too well and then hurting his head thinking about it. Sure he will get it together before season kicks off.

Stevens, Bogusz will make it and we still have Edmondson to blood in the next couple of weeks.

Ayling, Costa, White, Roberts, Struijk, Alioski and Co to add to this lot yet

Oh and not forgetting our new CB

 

Couldn't fault Bamford's effort today, he does lack the killer instinct but his problem atm is a total lack of confidence, which won't be helped by the boo boys and cretins on social media having a pop at every opportunity.

Is there a new CB on the way Doc?, I heard that one was signing the day after Jansson left but for whatever reason it didn't materialise.

 

Leeds United have granted permission for Callum Nicell to head to Leicester City and undergo a trial, Football Insider understands.

The United midfielder, 19, made an appearance for a Leicester City XI, made up of their Under-23s players, against Hednesford Town on Friday night.

Most people seemed to highlight Ben White as a ball playing CB but apparently he also has pace as well so may help as I don't recall Cooper or Jansson being particularly pacy?

 

But also to add the obvious disclaimer: he's had a season in L2, half a season in L1 and a couple of good pre-seaon games against non-league oposition so he may end up proving to be a naughty boy rather than the messiah....

 

Seen clips of him against Spurs, playing for Newport, was cool under pressure and they didn't seem to worry him too much. Not much to go on, but I have big hopes for him.

 

And Leeds been tracking and wanted an option to buy on him (which sadly but hopefully will be a shame) but in the end only got that with Harrison

 

Klich in contract talks with he club now as he's in the last year of his deal

 

This post shouldn't effect us but had to laugh when Zinedine Zedan was asked why Bale didnt play in a friendly. He replied he didn't play because he's leaving the club, we hope he leaves in the morning, but the sooner the better, we are close to him being gone. Guess ZZ isn't a fan. Bets on where he goes and for how much?

 

Back on the QSI front if and I mean If there is truth in it, wonder if this Palermo link is part of the big picture?
