Decent run out for the boys. Blisteringly hot but good fitness levels. Sarasota were fit & very well organized. O"Dowda looked disinterested. Lee was chatty with the small group of fans who had come in from The UK, Croatia, Oklahoma, New York....and Tampa! please log in to view this image
Seems O’Dowda will be gone as soon as we get a half decent offer for him , I’d be surprised if he plays for us again, to be honest I’m not overly bothered , the quicker the better.
I’m looking forward to seeing Szmodics, posters on OTIB raving about him. What was your opinion on him.
Szmodics was very busy...full of running but lacked final ball. He was obsessed with pulling his shorts up like Alexis Sanchez all the time. I think he will be a good signing. Fam was quiet all game. Hardly had a kick. Pack and Brownhill worked well together but they had lots of time on ball. Impressed with Taylor Moore. Was very composed bringing ball out of defense. Defense was good but didn't have a lot of pressure. Few mistakes that a better team would punish.
