Yep another on the radar seems we are struggling to get our man.
The guy at Sheffield Wednesday was a real handful up there recently and scored both goals against us at Ashton Gate and Hugill would be a great signing.
I just wish City could do the business and get there man and get him involved pre season.

 

Joao who is not a first team player for Wednesday. So because you’ve seen him twice he’s a must get.

And I’m confused as to why you say we are struggling to get anyone, when the coach is in USA at the moment?

He might say who he wants etc, but it’s normally common practice to get the player to sit down with the man in charge prior to signing.

I know you live in Wales but there are emails and phones and as far as I’m aware LJ says who he would like and Mark Ashton deals with agents/player.

 

I really don’t think he is a priority,Striker and right back is more important.

What’s living in Wales got to do with anything?

Yep because LJ can explain what he expects along with the player discussing his future really well on email, Skype or phone. There is only so much you can do.

Mark Aston, deals with the financial side between normally club, and agent. The manager speaks to the players to discuss the set up and what they require. That is what LJ was alluding to when he said a season or two back that he wants more involvement to prevent things like Engvil happening again.

 

You keep saying we are struggling what evidence have you got for this? You have no idea what's going behind the scenes. You have no idea if we are actually interested in the multitude of strikers that you have been spouting on about. City have been excellent in recent seasons of in the main keeping their transfer business under the radar and signings only become apparent mere hours before completion.
