Yeah fair play, I think that goes for most people. I got food poisoning from blue cheese once, took me around 8 years before I could eat it again.

I don’t get squid. Cooked well from fresh it’s just tasteless, cooked badly or from frozen it’s like eating rubber bands.

Frozen squid is pointless. But fresh squid done properly lovely. It has a very delicate taste, so it's not a full bodied hearty meal, I usually have it as a light bite in the summer when I can get it.

General rule of thumb: if it comes from the sea, leave it there

    One of my pizza omelettes.

Quite a small one tonight only used
    7eggs
    Half a chopped red onion
Bout 300grams of cooking bacon chopped to cubes
    Sweetcorn
Half a block of mature cheese cut into cubes

Cook the bacon chunks for a bit.
Add the sweetcorn and onions in the frying pan with the bacon for about 3mins.

Chuck the cheese cubes in with the whisked eggs. Add salt pepper.

Take the bacon corn and onions off the heat and leave to cool for 2mins.

Then add the bacon onions and corn into the eggs and cheese, stir it up good.

Pour into buttery medium hot frying pan and cook tik you can see its half cooked.

    Put under grill for 2mins

    Add grated cheese

    Grill til cheese is cripsy.

I've done this method with pretty much most ingredients you can think of.
    Steak and Stilton
    Tuna and bacon
    Chicken and chorizo
I've even cooked fried eggs and put them on top before the cheese and final grill. Go wild innit

But always the cheese or it ain't a omelette pizza

I'm sure I said I'd show you one when I made it next. @PISKIE

I went for hp sauce this time.
Don't think I've had Guinness sauce but I'm not a fan of the drink so maybe I wouldn't like it.

I like a jack Daniels but not the sauce they do so who knows <laugh>

You could do that spread over the top of the ommlete before the cheese.
Do dry curried chicken and sultanas even. Like I said it's best to just go nuts with them most stuff can work well
