My point is that this is why some fans are moaning about him. Of course he can have an affect at the club. A player mouthing off and causing some grief can create a difficult atmosphere. Do you think he’s suddenly going to stop being mates with Jack Stephens for example? Just because he won’t be on the pitch or training with them, a bad egg can have an affect. If he stays and is quiet, fine. If he stays and makes a scene, then Ralph could have some issues to deal with.
I seriously think that you're overestimating his influence on other players Fats, Jack Stephens will do what is best for Jack Stephens or he will find himself training with Chaz. I think that all this will die down pretty soon, Austin is just hitting back at fans on social media and hasn't the emotional intelligence to deal with it tactfully IMO. I expect that he will be on his way either in this window but certainly no later than February whether a loan or permanent deal somewhere as he will want to be playing senior football.
I think you’re underestimating the disruptive influence of a bad egg if the bad egg stays. We disagree.
Charlie is the type of player that should go to China, good money and most importantly he will not have to train hard to rip it up. Only downside is that the Chinese really do like a bet
Stephens started becoming bad when him and Charlie started being friends. They go out and get smashed every week, so drunk they can hardly walk. Yes Stephens is to blame as well but Austin was the older pro that led him astray. Also a player wanting to cause **** will **** up a team. Players don't suddenly all not like Austen because he is left out.
Do you honestly think that Ralph knowing how thorough and disciplined he is going to let one player that is on his way out **** his whole team up? it ain't gonna happen IMO and Stephens will have to fall in line or find himself out as well.
Players have social lifes away from football were managers can do nothing. If he wants to he could cause **** there, not saying he will but we have had it before here.
I think that almost all of the squad believe in Ralph's project and they are professional footballers with professional ambitions remember. Chaz is just a bit peeved atm that he is not going to be a part of it but he'll move on from it i'm sure and get on with his own career.
I think we are all wishing he will move on from it and get on with his own career but he seems to be content staying put with the u23's right now.
He's saying that now..... All he has done has turned down a move to a club in the league below, probably with a substantial wage decrease, maybe he is just waiting for a better offer...
