Good Morning Everyone Sam Dalby joins Watford Striker Sam Dalby has became the latest in a long line of development players to exit the club this Summer. The 19yo has penned a two year deal with Watford for an undisclosed fee. He spent time on loan with Sky Bet League Two side Morecambe last season, where he made just two substitute appearances. Dalby joined the White during the 2018 January transfer window from Leyton Orient. "Obviously there was always a plan to move on from Leeds eventually" Jack Clarke Jack Clarke has been speaking to the YEP for the first time since his transfer to Spurs. "It's been probably the biggest moment of my career so far," said Clarke. "Making the decision to step away from the club after so long but it's something I feel that was right for me and I was ready for it. "Obviously there was always a plan to move on from Leeds eventually but I'd have much preferred it if we'd have gone up last year." Asked about coming back on loan and what promotion would mean, he said: "It wasn't a matter of where I would be playing. "It was a matter of not feeling like I deserved to go after the way we finished the season. I felt like it wasn't right for me to go. "I feel like we've got a job to do. We feel like we let a lot of people down last season and we've got to put it right this year. "It would mean everything to me to get this club back to the Premier League. It would be a childhood dream. "Last year it was obviously a lot easier being an unknown prospect with people not knowing how I play. This year everyone knows what I'm about and what I like to do. "It will obviously make things a lot more difficult but I'll have to find ways to get around it. Eight players missing to Leeds tour of Australia Helder Costa, Jack Harrison, Ben White, Liam McCarron, Jack Clarke, Ezgjan Alioski, Mateusz Klich, and Jamie Shackleton will all miss the Australia tour as the rest of the squad jets off to Perth this afternoon. Has bielsa been flexing his muscles?
Good luck Sam. Probably shouldn't have had Jack back, have a feeling he won't have a good season, should have cut ties completely, if he does have a poorr season, I suppose it would soften the blow for most fans about him going. Lot of moans about his comment about leaving but he's a young kid and not the sharpist knife so wouldn't read too much into it. The Aussie trip does seem a waste of time, not much time after for team to gel, only one game when they get back before season starts..
Rumours persist that Kalvin has signed a new deal with a break clause, nothing on the OS: https://www.football.london/tottenham-hotspur-fc/spurs-transfer-news-live-kalvin-16578863
8 first team players missing the trip to Australia makes a lot of sense to me, a pointless trip in the first place, would have thought they could have got worthwhile competition nearer home. Then again skint Radz wants to make a bit of pocket money for his next signing.
Wonder if the fans that spend thousands on the trip agree with leaving the first teamers at home. ? Lot of money to spend to now discover its basically a reserve Leeds team theyll be watching
Clarke saying it was “always” the plan to move on from Leeds, I think he should keep those thoughts to himself.
He's thick as ****e. FFS he was only a first teamer a wet day and now he's sounding like Billy big bollocks. ****ing send him back to spuds.

Only 16? Wow! Thought he might have bulked it out with u23s, to cope with injuries, illness & subs. Couldn't be any tighter, could it? Would love to see their 11 v 11 practice matches
That'll come back to haunt him in two or three years time when he's loaned out to Brentford and playing alongside Jansson in L1 Deluded little twat, not good enough for a starting place at Leeds at the moment and I hope it stays that way.
Wasn't he involved in internationals? Any who were have been kept back to get their fitness up to speed.
You see i dont get that at all. Jannson wanted a break cos of internationals. But the rest came back early and gave up their hols. Then they get left behind well thats bad man management to me.
