RR. Spot on about democrats and anti democrats. And it's no good remainers saying 'Leave' lied. BOTH sides did and were, at best, economical with the truth. If Brexit doesn't happen, I don't believe it will, watch out. You're messing with something that could go anywhere.
BMW and Mercedes and VW Group do not want to lose their British business just scaremongering and verbal threats they will look after their business over here.
Like Mr Wetherspoon said on the TV, with the possibility of a "no deal" we import more than we export, it will give us chance to produce and sale our own goods....AGAIN!!
That is the way to do it onefor, plus watch those tariffs come off goods can't bloody wait prices will be cheaper.
I think prices may well go up in the short term but would honestly put up with rationing to uphold democracy.
Labour: betrayer of the working class In backing Remain, Corbyn has turned Labour into an authoritarian tool of the establishment. https://www.spiked-online.com/2019/07/09/labour-betrayer-of-the-working-class/
He is a Brexiteer. He’s just doing this to be a nuisance - and because the Lib Dem’s have been attracting the Remainer vote, so this will slap them back into 3rd place where they belong, instead of second where they currently are.
R&W Corbyn's not being a nuisance, he's doing it to become PM. Why do you think the Lib Dems belong in 3rd place? Even I prefer that lot to Corbyn and Mrs Abbott - they are beyond help.
U ought to start a new thread " start a Brexit rumour" .. probably let you out OK its in that might be a problem ..one of the busiest border crossings in EUROPE... EITHER WAY!

Errr - I think you’ll find that the US won’t even talk to us right now. Canada have said there won’t be a deal either. Not saying it won’t happen - I hope it does - just don’t get too excited yet - a deal isn’t done until it’s signed and we aren’t even able to start talking yet
What on earth are you smoking Red Robin? I'd love to know what you are reading to actually bloody believe that.
What do you think of the points in regards to Labours traditional support he is making? Labour have entered a new era. They have abandoned working class voters for the middle class and metropolitan elite.
But the Lib Dem’s are pro-Remain and have openly said they will remain if they get into power. Not a big threat to Brexit considering they have been a poor 3rd in British politics since Labour was formed in the 1920s. By ‘back where they belong’ it was a bit of a sarcastic reference to their traditional place in the running. I think that the Brexit issue will change some people’s voting habits. We’ve already seen on this forum people vowing not to vote, or never voting for their ‘usual’ any more. Corbyn and the Tories were at the last call in joint 3rd behind the Brexit party and the Lib Dem’s. If the next GE is going to be effectively a re-run if the referendum then you have the Brexit party and Boris’s tories splitting the Brexit vote, but the Lib Dem’s had the Remain vote - until Corbyn’s announcement today - now that demographic is now split too and Labour are back. Fascinating. Oh, I agree with you on Corbyn and Abbott btw. That would be like voting for Stalin and Trotsky. The trouble is that voting for Boris would be like voting for Hitler and Goebbels. FFS what a choice - I suppose Hitler, despot though he was, didn’t kill as many as Stalin, so from a utilitarian perspective he would get my very reluctant vote.
Add Lammy to that. as a life long Labour voter I find him appalling. he could lose an election on his own.
I find it interesting (not a criticism) that anyone could be a ‘lifelong’ supporter of any party tbh.
But despite what they say, they and many others will still vote for their 'old faithful', as what is the alternative....?
