Exclusive | Cardiff & Huddersfield Town in talks to sign Famara Diedhiou Sources contacted by Get French Football News understand that Championship duo Cardiff City and Huddersfield Town are actively engaged in discussions over the possible signing of Bristol City forward Famara Diedhiou. The 26-year-old is under contract with Bristol City until 2021, but it is believed that they would look at offers worth between £8m and £10m. West Bromwich Albion are also interested in the Senegalese forward who missed out on a place at AFCON this summer, as well as a number of Turkish sides.
Walsall loan deal for Pring Wednesday, July 3rd 2019 Young defender Cameron Pring has joined Walsall on a season-long loan. https://www.bcfc.co.uk/news/walsall-loan-deal-for-pring/ Dopey Darrell came a calling.
Has the supposed rumour about Diedhou leaving flown under the radar or did I miss something. Although he has been the major supplier of our goals he has never set my Bristol City heart on fire and I have wondered if he would fare better with more scoring support? Perhaps Lee sees the need to move on and totally revamp our front line with new blood and possibly giving some of our fringe players more playing time. I await with baited breath the moves still to come.
I think we would all take £10m for Fammy - but only if the deal happens quickly. LJ has said many times (mainly as an excuse) that players 'need a full pre-season with me', so if it's not done and a replacement found within the next week, I would be worried about somebody new delivering the goods.
don't think we need to move him on,although I agree that he has one or two forwards lined up... unless of course one of those is a mega bucks deal,
Semenyo I am hoping will be a revelation and Szmodics I’ve a sneaky feeling may be pushed more advanced and be the next Bobby Reid.
Szmo and Fammy could work … even play 3 up front [with Taylor/Weimann/Janneh or Semenyo alternating (starting/subbing ) ]
