Absolutely fine, Rufflad. The NHS hates prescribing it. It's supposed to have adverse effects on GI, heart and kidneys. I used to get it knock-off and from people who were prescribed it. The knock-off dried up as the feller bot bamged up. I had to go to my GP and give him a reasoned argument to prescribe it. He still made me do a two week trial on Naproxen, which didn't touch the sides. I called to explain this and had my diclofenac later that day. When I had those insect bites that turned ulcerous (healed themselves) and later the hip and knee replacements, I had every blood test and scan going. I mwas also honest with my alcohol, *** and weed intake. All the consultants concerned told me, somewhat grudgingly, that I was generally is a very good state of health <laugh> Different strokes and all that bollocks <ok>

Oh yeah, it's a miracle drug alright.

I was first given it when I first had gout (very topical currently) and it turned out I had osteoarthritis in a big toe and, to a lesser extent, in the other.

It got rid of everything though. Knees hurting? No problem. Back giving gip? No problem.

Had it on repeat and popped it at will until it ****ed my intestine up!!

Haven't touched it for years and haven't had other issues for three years.

    My toes ****ing kill though!

Naproxen can have some bad side affects, such as fooking your stomach up or making you look jaundice, can easily be mistaken for liver trouble. Generally if you take Naproxen it's safer to take it with the drugs that line your stomach, can't remember the correct medical term. I know there are some drugs that contain the same formula as antimalaria, the unique thing that was found is it is a good cure for inflammation of the joints. Basically anyone that took antimalaria generally had less joint pain. I can't remember if diclofenac came into that category, I'm sure Hydroxychloroquine (Plaquenil) did. Although Codein is supposed to be the stronger of all those drugs, although no comparison to Morphine, you certainly can't beat having that shhite injected into yer, happy days.

That's the way it is. Some people are just more susceptible to the adverse effects than others.

It was the finest cider by some distance and then the ****s who make Magners bought it. It's not been available for over 3 years.

    https://www.theguardian.com/busines...-mallet-in-shock-with-cider-mill-set-to-close

The Americans have bought Aspalls, to get their hands on the vinegar side of the business. They'll **** it up sooner rather than later...

All other ciders are pale comparisons.
