    around 30 degrees today, so I expect there to be some media frenzy by Green Peace, Eco Warriors, Evolution Rebellion Some Type of Shhite, SKY News, that we are all going to die!

    The real bad news that will not be reported so heavily is that it is all back to normal tomorrow <ok>

    Seriously ( I doubt you need to be told this ) if you drink beer , make sure you drink water as well PLEASE .

    Off to the baseball today at the London Stadium and it will be roasting so I will wear sunscreen - so many people don’t. Lots of liquids today.
    I got tickets for both days, is going to be mega hot all weekend

    Done my 6 mile Saturday morning walk and am off to Brighton to see my uni kid .... will be hundreds of lobster impersonators by 5pm.

    Never get why people do not do suncream!

    I’m still amazed at the number of people here who don’t use it. The sun here will do you some serious damage if you’re not careful, but still I see these idiots staggering around burnt to ****.

    The local Spanish here call the tourists Las Gambas. To save you looking it up, it means The Prawns. Think colour!....
