Any agent worth their salt looks into the manager and after the way Lennon left Hibs, then the way Weah was treated and what West Brom have pubiclly said (and a club wouldn't do that lightly) you have to think of who will help improve your game more if your ultimate goal is Premier League riches.

You don't identify a player then go put your way to add them to a meeting without wanting them. Or else the document would be every player currently playing in the conference south. There's a reason his name was on that document and it wasn't to say that you weren't interested in a random Charlton midfielder. Its because he had been identified as a target.
