It wasn’t handball because it bounced off her leg. The rule now says if it hits another part of your body first it’s not handball.
I've seen them given where they have rolled up/off the body and come of the arm. Totally accidental, and no unusual movement towards the ball, and still resulted in a pen. (but that is a sensible rule if they stick to it)
England are brilliant when playing well....but they have to cut out the mistakes...especially if they go through and meet France/USA.
haven't seen France, but would prefer them because the USA are proven winners...that kind of confidence can carry you through when you are not at your best.
Yeah, that's my thinking as well. Spain gave USA and good game though, and proved they are slightly fallible, so whoever it is, we just need to be on it!
