    There are various reports today that, in addition to Hayden and Perez wanting away.... Dubravka, Fernandes and Schar are also wanting to leave asap.

    I don't blame them and there will likely be more I reckon.

    In terms of value, the above 5 I value as follows:

    Dubravka- £20m
    Fernandes- £5m
    Schar- £25m
    Hayden- £10m
    Perez- £15m

    Total- £75m

    Of course with Mike in charge our transfer war chest inclusive of wages will add up to less than £75m I'm sure....

    Mike says this will happen but these things don't happen overnight. The development of the training ground remains a high priority though.

    £5 -10million less for Dubravka. £5-10million more for Perez. Same for Hayden being young English, having just put in 6 good months and prices being mad. Could probably fetch a bit more on Fernandes and not to forget the £15 - 20million for Gayle to add to your list.

    Nice little bonus for MA.

    Fcuk it, I'm pretty much done anyway. Sell everyone, burn it all to the ground. Ashley needs to just go and until then my interest in NUFC is on the back burner.

    People keep forgetting the £1.7M bid for Joselu that apparently was hours away from completing 2 weeks ago but was delayed due to legal reasons - surely, this can only be down to a takeover actually happening?????

    Oh and we would get closer to £30M for Ayoze

    The legal reasons will be that Rafa wasn't going to sign and Ashley decided we needed Joselu to lead the line when we sell pretty much everyone else as there'd be no Rafa to stop him.

    That doesn’t make us better off in my opinion, that’s just an overhead! We could be £50m a year lighter if we sold our best players, that wouldn’t make us better off!

    Not on paper of course, but that paper ain’t worth the paper it’s written on in the current climate! They’re all a bunch of ****ing whorebags interested in one thing and one thing only!
