Website Arabian Business have released an article saying that German bank Deutsche Bank “is helping Qatar raise money to buy a top European club” and has received this news via the ubiquitous ‘source close to the deal’.

Assuming the club is Leeds, why would Qatar need a bank loan?

The frustration for me is that all the Leeds journalists say we are well within, by 25-30 million, of FFP rules so if we get 8.5 for Clarke Radz could top that up from his other businesses. 20 million could bring in the quality we need and the rewards of promotion for him would be huge. So he either has not got or is not inclined to use his own money, which I guess is his prerogative.
