    Again, things are in motion.
Things are going to have to fall into place for several clubs, whatever happens.
I have no zero interest in what the hacks are saying, bar ... TIELEMANS !!! <grr>

All we ask regarding NEW PLAYER this summer is that Levy
doesn't do his usual tricks (wind up the seller, insist that selling our
deadwood is the precondition etc) .

I think we will sell Trips if the right offer comes in, and as I think you said before Brian, the experiment of playing Foyth at RB will continue maybe in conjunction with more game time for KWP and using Aurier in Europe where he has been more effective.

In addition I do think that we will looking to have an option for playing 343 with Foyth and Dier giving us good options at right CB even if Toby leaves and I think that KWP is a good option there with Rose and hopefully Sessegnon the options on the other flank.

In terms of Ndombele, I do have to wonder how long we've been in contact with Lyon in order to make sure the ride isn't as bumpy as it can be considering Lyon's track record of transfer window ****ehousery (notably in the case of Essien, Malouda, Lloris, Diarra) so the best approach would surely be have a consistent dialogue for some time

    Sure.

We know you currently have no intention of selling X, but if you do
please bear us in mind. Meanwhile we ensure as best we can that
from our side this does not result in hack gossip or the type of
unsettling campaign we ourselves experienced with Bale in 2013.

Spurs may now be nowadays acting akin to this, as signing Ser Davos
from Ajax did not seem to be a saga (the two clubs seem to have
mutual respect for each other) .

In the past we have certainly taken a more personal approach to transfers, with Levy jetting out to personally meet with both Modric and Vertonghen to discuss both the transfer and where they fit in at the club (the latter being particularly important, as Levy was pictured meeting with Verts in Amsterdam during the period between us sacking Redknapp and hiring LAdPCeV-B) and that certainly does work to a certain level...although it obviously wouldn't work with any Riola or Mendes clients, because there's no chance of having a gentlemanly discussion when their agents are shouting the biggest number they can think of at the top of their lungs sat right next to them

    Fener's Macedonian CM.

One of my best mates is half Turkish and Fener's his other club, he'd be well happy if it comes off as he rates the lad highly.

Back when he was first linked, somebody did a deep dive onto the Fener subreddit to gauge fans' impressions of him

TL;DR version: Ante Coric, but Macedonian...sorry, North Macedonian (thank you very much Greece...)

Reports here confirm the signing. He’s highly rated apparently and Celta did not want to let him go.

Dani Alves confirms he is leaving PSG - we should be all over this, I know that he doesn't fit with our profile for signing players but who better for KWP to shadow for a season. Play Alves in the big matches and in Europe and give Walker-Peters/Foyth the majority of prem league matches.

    Alternatively...

We wait and see how long before Man Utd divert all their energies into signing Alves because he's a Big Name and that might divert attention away from Solskjaer being a Norwegian Dim Sherwood, and with their eye momentarily off the ball we sneak in with a play for one of Aarons or Wan Bissaka

Literally the same situation as with Zlatan.
Money and legend well secured, could help a club to make that final step.
Or go pension mode with some more silverware as a bonus.

    Time will soon tell ...

Said a few weeks back I'd definitely take Alves on a 1-2 year deal. Still better than 99% of RBs in Europe and is a born winner. Exact type of person and player we could do with around the place.

    Alves. Coutinho.
Quite a squad that Chelsky are building there for the start in August ... 2020.

Few mumbles that Jack Clarke could be sewn up next week - the beauty of social media has seen fans supposedly noticing he’s also removed “LUFC Player” from his bio, which as pathetic as it sounds, is something a lot of players do when they’re about to move on. One journo stating fee is £8.5m rising to £13m with add-ons, pretty good value, he has a very long way to go but we’ve done pretty well when buying from Leeds in the past (Robbo, Lennon, Rose) so here’s hoping he maintains that trend should the deal happen.
