    The septics love to gush enthusiasm, often with zero justification. In the UK, and indeed Europe, we're a bit more cerebral and we invented most of the team games worth playing. They're the newbies at the party and understand the net bulging means holler loudly. But the subleties and nuances of the game elude many New Worlders, as does the art of vocally backing your team in a coherent sustained way.

    Wise up. Adkins and Crosby will have been tapped up by another club. As they are still legally under contract at City until the end of the month they obviously are not going to declare an interest in another club yet. See where they both are at the end of July.
    Grant McCann has come with his assistant. Both were at the ground today introducing themselves.
