This Max kid at Norwich, RB...dont know much about him but he gets talked about alot on the radio...supposed to be very good and a cheaper option than AWB

 

Yeah I’ve heard very good things about Max Aarons, getting him out of there when they’ve just been promoted might be a tricky thing to do though.

 

Looks a top talent. Not sure if he’d wanna leave Norwich this window as he’s guaranteed first team football there which at his age is the most important thing.

I’d guarantee him it. Depends on what Poch feels with Trippier/ Aurier/ KWP. I think if we do sign a RB, two of the current RBs have to go. If it’s the first two, Aarons would more of less be guaranteed first choice, if one of Trippier/ Aurier and then KWP go, then Aarons may be seen as understudy to begin with to whoever is kept out of Trippier/ Aurier.

 

I know that swap deals seldom happen, but if we have decided that Walker-Peters is not the answer we should offering him as part of a deal, even if it was only on a years loan. Which could turn out to be a win/win if he then has a good season playing regularly for Norwich.

 

NOBODY should be guaranteed regular starting XI slots
on anything other than proven on-pitch performance (when
their opportunity comes) , for a club that aspires to be at the top.

Fixed?! He's the one who swans around here getting everyone else's hopes up! Isco, Bale, Sessegnon, Ndombele, Grealish... In essence this is DH during transfer windows:

 

One who believes the thought of signing Grealish is
"getting everyone else's hopes up" , has very low ambition/expectation.

 

Last summer it got to a point where anyone with a pulse would have got my hopes up.

Casually signing another £63m player from Atletico whilst their at it, too. Looks like Rodri will be another addition in the coming hours/days.

I guess that means one less club interested in N’Dombele?
