‘Times and situations change’ JGF - indeed they do.
    Boris the Remainer : https://www.google.com/amp/s/amp.th...is-johnson-column-favoured-uk-remaining-in-eu
    And
    https://www.businessinsider.com/boris-johnson-single-market-brexit-campaign-customs-union-2018-1
    And
    https://eu-rope.ideasoneurope.eu/2018/02/14/boris-johnson-remember-what-he-said/

I read somewhere (I can’t remember where) that Boris only became a Brexiteer to screw Cameron over - nothing to do with his actual beliefs on the subject. In fact, his silence just after the referendum result became clear was deafening.

OK JFG2. Blair did a runner but Cameron didn't? Some interesting interpretation there I must say.

Totally agree, plus we were all aware Blair was going to leave and let Brown take over, this will now be the second Tory PM we’ve had foisted on us , May , although she subsequently did go to the country , but only because the Tories were 20 points ahead in the opinion poles and she was looking to increase her majority. and now again, this time pick one from a list of complete muppets.

I wouldn’t want Labour leading us out of the EU, either . That’s not the point really though Is it? . The point being made is how Boris is a hypocrite, if your only argument Is you wouldn’t want Labour to deliver Brexit you aren’t really dealing with the issue of Boris being a hypocrite.

They are all hypocrites one way or another Ashton, I imagine you would struggle to find one that’s not.. I and the country just want Brexit sorted. For me, I believe Boris to do just that.

Boris is obviously going to make it through to the final two shoot out, who’s the other one going to be and who’s going to actually win and become PM. Personally whoever wins doesn’t bother me as long as they are a proper Brexiteer, I’d probably vote for Raab , sorry onefor I just don’t trust Boris and find it difficult to take him seriously.

I honestly look around at the utter dross in the commons and believe that we’re fked. Finished. There isn’t a decent leader among them - in any party.
In the words of the late great Gerry Rafferty ‘clowns to the left of me, jokers to the right..........

I have to admit, he does make gaffs and often speaks out of turn...but in a way (not always) I find it a bit refreshing.....it's not scripted like most others, says most things as he sees them at the time.....apparently a little lazy on research with certain topics, hence, sometimes the jibberish answers he sometimes give.
Tries to take the seriousness away from easily offensive people

Noel Gallagher told us what he thinks of Brexit, Jeremy Corbyn, Nigel Farage, his brother Liam and Morrissey. He didn't hold back
M.E.N. EXCLUSIVE: The former Oasis star sits down for an interview with CityLife
    https://www.manchestereveningnews.c...oel-gallagher-interview-oasis-brexit-16419197

A great article, for leave or remain it's a great read, different and be ready for the language, love it.

' He's previously said he'd rather reform Oasis than see 'lunatic' Jeremy Corbyn elected. Today his words are a little more colourful.

"F***ng student debater, f***ing captain fishy craggy old f***ing donkey, f*** off," he says of the Labour leader, describing shadow home secretary Diane Abbott as 'the face of f***ing buffoonery' in the same breath.

"They talk pipe-smoking communist nonsense, do you know what I mean? I think the role of any politician in the world is to be forward thinking, and modern, and contemporary - looking forward.'

Everyone to their own , just seemed like a rant to me, it wasn’t exactly a well thought out or insightful article.

Even a broken clock is right twice a day.
The bloke’s a turnip who hates everyone and calls them all idiots - he’s bound to be right on occasion - like now.
I wouldn’t pay much attention to his views though - he’s just a pillock .
