Full list of fixtures here: Our final match, on May 17th .....is AWAY at Manchester City What an opening and closing ceremony we have inherited!! https://www.skysports.com/premier-league-fixtures
Yet again we start and finish with 'away' games Man Citeh (A) last game, let's hope we don't need to win that to stay up
#toughstart. But I'd rather get some of the BIG games out of the way early in the season!! Sheffield United EASY start!!
With any luck we can catch Liverpoo cold and we'll have the league sewn up by the time we visit Citeh. Bah!
Agreed. Hopefully like last year will give us a chance to build a bit of momentum after these games. Also a good time to play the big boys before they are in full flow
Full list of NCFC fixtures, month by month (BBC style) here: https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/teams/norwich-city/scores-fixtures/2019-08
Tough start as others have said, but hopefully the excitement around the club can sneak us an early result whilst other teams are maybe not quite up to speed. Otherwise I don't think it's a bad set of fixtures. From late Sept-Christmas, United and Arsenal (both at home) are the only top 6 teams we face. The run of home games in 2020 looks promising too: Palace, Liverpool (only poor fixture), Leicester, Southampton, Everton, Brighton, West Ham, Burnley.
Make of this table what you will! [I see us and Blades are already tipped for relegation, Villa for survival!]
Way to early for too many predictions. Who will be Chelskis manager? Will Manure have cut out the Pogba shaped tumour from their middle? Will Newcs have a billionaire owner who spends his money? Will the Hammers be able to find another way to fleece the tax payer for unfair advantage? What will every teams squad look like by the big KO? Bah!
Liverpoo did only manage a 1-0 home win on the openning day vs Brighton last season, so hope springs! Bah!
Delighted to have Liverpool in the first game. I really good measure (at least for a first game of the season) of how momentum for the 2 teams over the summer has panned out!
It's officially official. We are now Premier League, according to the BBC, who as of today have reset all their league tables back to zero. Up and at them!
