Reading Ryan Lowe's comments on how he see's the future and the way he want's his team to play sound very positive.

He say's that he has spoken to nearly all the players.....just a few he hasn't got hold of yet....and he feel that they buy into how he see's the future.....I wonder who he hasn't been able to talk to yet....Carey, Lameiras maybe ?

He says he'll support the players 100% in their football and private lives. But he'll expect 100% in return. if they don't buy into the Lowe philosophy, they'll be loved on.

Also seeking a friendly with Glasgow Rangers via his mate Stephen Gerrard although Rangers schedule is full.

Disappointed that some of the info is for i-follow only subscribers....that's Cowdery I expect....who is getting a few comments on pasoti about his attitude towards fans even on a day like today....they feel he is out of order.

Maybe for the best as never hit form last season but perhaps RL could have given him more encouragement....who knows but best of luck Graham!

Doesn't really feel like we've been relegated now as seems like a new breath of fresh air upon us which so far feels good!

BBC have him down as joining CSKA Sofia in Bulgaria.....will he be taking his family out there....some reporting that it is a bit dour out there....especially
in the winter months.....does my memory serve me right that it took awhile for his family to come to Plymouth.....I assume it's the money that's drawn him.....Ryan Lowe obviously couldn't persuade him to stay......Lowe has also spoken to Lameiras.....will he go as well....Charlton would suit him.....and I would see him play now and again.

Firstly Carey. Would have liked him to stay but no shock he isn't and good luck to the bloke. Not sure we will miss him that much but time will tell as we have no idea what team we will have next season yet anyway. Read somewhere that he has a holiday home out that way so the Country isn't totally alien to him and his family.

Secondly Lameiras. Don't know where anyone gets the idea that he would be suited anywhere in particular. He was or is hit or miss at times and is what I would classify a luxury player. When he is on form he is fantastic but when things aren't quite going for him or the team he is a bit of a liability. Not good at supporting defenders and tends to lose the ball in the wrong place. Same criticism of Carey to be honest. Why he would be great for Charlton is a query for me. To be fair plym, and this isn't a criticism, how many times have you actually seen him play in a game. Not highlights but the full 90 minutes? Maybe with better players around him he might be a better player himself but I haven't seen loads to convince me he is even Championship class if brutally honest.

So it seems that Ryan Lowe will be living full time in an apartment in Plymouth....and his family will come down every other weekend for home matches....not sure what the arrangement is for away matches especially if their not in the north of England....obviously quite a few will be up north....so probably return south for Mondays.

So a slight compromise by Simon Hallett to get his man.....but did it mean that his family had to live in Plymouth as well...debateable ?......good to hear that he is already working on the squad and has got two offers out there for players....although a delicate situation if they are at present Bury players.

I second that Sensible. I know you need flair but Lameiras' defensive efforts are somewhere between woeful and non-existant. He's probably shortened Gary Sawyer's career to be honest!

Carey at least makes a good effort although he is prone to rash tackles.

I would urge you to look up Danny Mayor videos. If Ryan Lowe can find players like that, we have nothing to fear.

What hasn't been mentioned is that CSKA Sofia came second in their top league last season. Therefore, they play in the Europa League. That must be a big draw for Graham Carey and you can't blame him.

Ryan Lowe is looking into the possibility of cancelling the Dutch trip....not his style of doing pre-season.

David Fox will not take up his contract offer, citing desire to be nearer his family.

I've loved watching him play. Always a calm cultured passer of the ball.
