I think we should sell him personally. We can't have another distracted season, perhaps it's best for everyone to move on and he can live the dream in France.
At this stage I would be pleased as fck if we could at least start by getting rid of Young, Jones, Rojo and Sanchez. We're cluttered with crap.
de Gea's problems are more than club related imo, he has been crap for Spain too and has lost his place to Kepa. To me he looks to have lost concentration and maybe even interest in the game, perhaps his birds constant whinging has knocked the fight out of him so much that all he wants to do is get paid and go home. I would be happy to see Romero starting games, the lad calm and always concentrated, he may not have the reflexes of de Gea but his positioning is good and he can actually kick/pass the ball (something de Gea is **** at). Some say that Romero is **** but I have never seen him make any stupid mistakes for us, in fact he concedes very few goals of any kind.
I wouldn't mind keeping Young for another season, he can be useful as back-up and is one of a very few players who looks like he gives a **** when we are playing crap. It wouldn't bother me if we ditched Baily though, he has all the attributes to become a great CH but is made of crystal and never seems to play more than three games in a row without a major injury.
Personally, I think we need to be ruthless but yeh if we got rid of Jones, Rojo and Baily it would empty a lot of the clutter. It would at least show some intent. At the moment it's all a bit half-arsed and has been for several years.
I like the look of Semedo, under used by Barca but just what I would like Dalot to develop into, good/adequate RB and a very good threat going forward.
de Gea out and Oblak in - that's an outcome I'd be happy with - shame it's only the Daily Mail talking.
It's not just Daily mail reporting this but still probably bollocks. It would be a very decent exchange, not really arsed where De Gea goes now, as long as he either leaves or gets his head straight. Looking reasonably promising to get James, Wan Bisakka and Bruno Fernandes (although City also allegedly want him, no idea where he would actually get into their team though) We then need a centre half. At least one, preferably two. The big deals are getting rid of Lukaku and giving Martial the 9 shirt back, and making a decision on Pogba. Can see both of those issues dragging on into the start of the season though. I mean, it's not like we done them any favours in paying them handsomely the last few years is it? No, their final farewell will be to be as awkward as **** and **** the club over in leaving at the very last second, with us taking some unwanted dregs in return.
I'd actually like us to go for Perisic as part of an exchange for Lukaku. He would make for a good attacking midfielder and provide some balance between experience and youth (Shaw and James) on the left flank and it would free up Martial to play through the middle alongside Rashford.
United reportedly do not expect to appoint a technical director this summer, meaning Ed Woodward will remain in charge of transfers in the immediate future. Mail Online say Woodward is yet to identify a preferred candidate for the position and is pressing ahead with transfers himself. #****
United fans on Twitter saying Longstaff is a joke and we should be buying expensive players instead ffs. The retards come thick and fast during transfer window season.
I wonder if Raiola is stopping De Ligt joining United cos we won’t sell Pogba, seems like the kind of snide trick that fat ****er would pull.
