I'm gonna go against everyon here and say I was a little disappointed with Obertan.

I think he can run at players more and skill his way through, but he didn't seem to have the confidence he needed to do so.

I do however, think that this will improve and look forward to when it does. He's just starting in the side, so will need time. Esp after being stuck at Man U with next to no games.

Change of opinion btw, I don't think Sameobi should start. But I think he should start the second half with Best. Start the first with Ba and Lover, let Lover exaust the defders a little with pace, which would make up for Best being a little slow in the second and blow them away with sameobis pace in the second half.

Although Lover/Sammi looks tempting as well.

TBH, it really should be Cisse Sameobi, but I wont stir that back up.

Go on man Stoney, it'll be funny! I agree Obertan lacks confidence. I think a goal would work minor miracles. I also think playing three centrally away would release our wingers into better areas. Him and Jonas were having to travel 40 yards to get to the opposition box. You're clearly not working the ball well enough when that is the case.

Agree. Let them have a run in the team, let them know they wont be dropped for 6 plus games, we'd learn a lot, they'd learn a lot, and we'd be no less blunt as an attacking force as we are now. Everton were never scared to try a 16yr Rooney. He scored on his debut but was terrible for the next half a dozen games, but then grew in confidence and experience.

Unfortunately Ranger is such a numbnuts he'll be keeping his fingers crossed he gets a run of games for Her Majesty's II

    Spot on mate.

He had an opportunity in the box but stalled as well. Dreadful shame; I think that would have turned his game around for sure.

On a side not; gtted for Best, he only tapped it but that was a fantastic save from their keeper.

Not a massive Best fan but as I keep saying, he is the best option we have (pardoning the pun). He works hard and always gets a chance. Did everything right with that one last night but Kenny made a cracking save the fat little bastard! He only tired after having to do Sholas running.
