7:15 loads of pace drawn high and none drawn low. Those drawn Hugh should come across and I think we will see it set up for a closer.

oloroso is a closer, drawn low and if he gets one off the rail or better (drawn 3) and gets luck in running I think he will win very nicely here.

I’d like to see the midrace furlong sectionals because to me it was the third and fourth (the jolly) at the time who didn’t judge the race and left Spencer et al with no chance of delivering a win for horses who needed a lead into the race.

Strangest race i've ever seen, front 2 pull 20-30 lengths clear and then one just didn't tire, Superb came home flying, does he still get in Northumberland Plate or did he have to win or is top 2 enough? Least we can get a bigger price for that now as that's the plan, but it was still there to win tonight so apologies

I read this post and didn’t know whether to laugh or cry. In view of your previous posts on this thread why are you asking us bunch of nobodies (and I include myself in that bracket) when you can simply text the owners?!? Has to be the most amazing and surreal thing I’ve read on here for some time and an obvious contender for ‘post of the year’.

As I said earlier in the week, at the weekend, we had one of the best and most informative ‘I’ve been told…’ pieces for ages and then the forum gets dragged down again by all this nonsense (I’m sure its because of things like this that numbers have dwindled so as it only inspires most people to roll their eyes and log off). The thread started most promisingly with a lovely piece from WF previewing a race and a runner contained within. It was so good it made me look up the heat. But then the whole thing gets hijacked with ridiculous comments about texts from owners and lump on, etc, etc. You are obviously a good judge and have tipped winners and written good pieces on here before why you have to now accompany it with rubbish like this I’ve no idea.

And as I’ve said before, for me, how a horse fares after an ‘I’ve been told..’ has been given is immaterial the interest should be in what is mentioned beforehand. Do you (and some others who employ similar tactics) feel the need to be linked with those on here who genuinely are well associated in the old racing game???

Rant over. But as I’ve said before things like this so annoy me on here as it drags everything down to a low level.
