New owner confirmed…

Most Newcastle fans dislike Ashley as he's not a "Geordie" & is a "Southerner" (he also employs idiots like Dennis Wise) . They hark back to the days when local businessman Sir John Hall owned the club. Be careful what you wish for as we do have a local owner who has lived in Hull since 1959 yet prior to purchasing his home town club never supported them or showed any interest in them & only purchased the club as a way of making money .His initial plan of being "given" the KCOM & all surrounding land by the council so he could develop it & make millions was, not surprisingly, rejected by the council. (maybe he should have clarified with the council before buying the club like any astute businessman would do ?) Allam will never sell whilst he is earning 5% interest on the debt & making millions every year. He employs his arrogant son to run the club for him who is as clueless as his father on how to run a football club & treat life long supporters with respect. I'd rather have Ashley as owner of City than the Allams as he'd fund a promotion push back to the PL & then keep City there, which under the Allams will never happen.We are more likely to be relegated to Div 1.

 

Northern clubs in the Championship aren't an attractive proposition of course.

I was told something very disturbing today regarding the death of James Deacon, and the alleged involvement of a particular individual who shall remain nameless for obvious reasons. I obviously can’t go into the details on a public forum but form would definitely suggest that what I was told was the truth.

 

Every time I see that name I'm reminded of Adrian Rapazini (sp) of 1982 receivership 'fame'.
