    According to Phil Haye he gets another Million quid for alterations at TA plus proof of the clubs ambitions?the academy must produce more kids to feed the first team with top talent.

    I hope the club proving their ambition means he has some players he wants them to get

    To turn things around for you at the start of last season was a massive task with essentially the same players who failed the previous year. He clearly did that, but it looks like the expectation levels have now risen to the point that the guy needs to deliver this season now that he's (apparently) got his way.

    No reason why he shouldn't given the right backing, but as we both know, this is a hard division to get out of. We've done it twice now in the past 7 years since Tan came on board but it didn't last.

    After inheriting a poor Cardiff side a couple of years back, Warnock turned it around and did it his way, and no doubt Bielsa will try to do it his. Warnock definitely won't change his game and it'll be very interesting to see which approach - blood and guts v passing game - finishes highest.

    Great news. Only time will tell if he gets the support he’s sought assurances on... but you have to take it at face value. Fantastic he’s staying and well done to Radz/ the club for giving the assurances.... obviously they need to back it up, that’s for another day.

    Let’s hope the assurances were that we keep our main assets... or at least that any that go are considered replaceable by MB... and do get replaced.

    Core of this squad, with a bit more quality in the final third and we’ll be right in the mix.

    Indeed. Critically for us next season, Bielsa needs to show that in head to head matches his teams can deal with the blood and guts sides...
