Game over. The outstanding team of the English game be fair. A first time domestic treble. Mind you even great teams need a bit of luck in the qualifying rounds.
Mahrez didn't look happy to be subbed. And this is the only hope for the future in regards to City. Players start to get annoyed they aren't playing as much as they want. Too many 'Starters' in the squad.
No idea Bugs me cause I cannot make my mind up on whether that is one of the contributory reasons as to how good they are or whether they really don’t need to do it lol
I wouldn't rely on that. Pep is 100% a team man. Anyone unhappy and causing disruption will be promptly shipped out. No hesitation.
Tbf should have been out in Swansea Luck ?? That’s one of the reasons I am happy with VAR Guaranteed next season it will cost us something Until watching the re run highlights today I had forgotten how much of a farce that game and decisions were If they go out to swansea was does that do to team morale Luck is very important Same for us btw
city will get what every pep side gets. he'll use those players hard, he won't look to future and they'll age and he will walk off into sunset. if you actually look at city best team. fernandinho kompany Silva aguero no spring chickens there. walker is actually 28 but has load of miles on clock. For me Bernardo Silva was their poty. he did so much running. If you then add in kdb and sterling and sane that's really the heart of the team the other need round. it'll be interesting to see what city do. I fully expect 200mil spend frankly. I think they will deliberately thumb their noses at uefa on ffp
so 6-0 to city and I presume no Watford player has had the balls to throw and elbow or kick someone even. sides sitting miles deep letting them have ball
given their unrepentant fans were singing the same song about Liverpool at 0-0 rather than cheering their team on I would say it'd be just as well.
No matter what you and others say, this team is being lauded as one of the best if not the best in the premiership history. Our chase and our team is slowly but unmistakably fading into the background. Only winning the CL in a fortnight will ensure appropriate recognition.
**** sake some smart arse has decided that Watford don't want another besting so we are in the slush fund shield this august. So let me just be clear..... no home pre-season friendly again? No chance for a few kids to get in to see thier her or? Anyway. Community shield. Man city v Liverpool. Meh. It should be Watford.
Started watching when it was already 4-0. I mean, come on it was just ****ing dreary watching them pass it around for the last 20-30 minutes unchallenged by any Watford player. Sure they're the best side in PL history or some such and their goals are prettily worked, but it really reminds me of when Spain were the best side in the world for those years, same sort of play, same with other teams wiltingly letting them have the ball.
We will murder them in the Charity Shield, I have drunk a lot of wine tonight. My view may be different in the morning
Why should it be Watford? Firstly #readtherules but also zero people would turn up to watch it. Our friendlies draw bigger crowds than Man City's trophy parades.
