Wasn't it Andy Gray and a dodgy goalkeeping performance who scuppered Watford the last time you were in the final? A broken record I know but the FA Cup final should be at 3pm not 5pm. FA sold it's soul to TV. 5-4 either way will do for me.

The Lockinge looks about as wide open a G1 as your likely to see, a lot of inconsistent rogues. This looks a great opportunity for Beat The Bank to win a G1 like he threatened he was capable of when coming through the ranks and winning a G2 by 5L as a 3yo. He ran no race in this last year but bounced back to run some decent races and the stable in much better form this time, he should be 100% for this after a good comeback win and he might have stepped up enough this year to get the job done today. Id make him favourite.

I had a good look at that first race at Newmarket with Raise You in...I was surprised to see Al Hilalee out to 9/2. The 2nd favourite of Roger Varian s could be a good horse.. I would be worried about Raise You going on the ground as well as with cut in it..couldn't decide so left it alone betting wise...

newbury,3 00: a race packed with potential improvers,so not easy,but i think,ive found an interesting formline,concerning recent newmarket 1-2 solid stone and WAR TIGER.i find it quite amazing,that the former is the likely favourite here,and my choice is much higher,even though they were only separated by half a length that day.,and are nearly identical,regarding their marks.so definite e w shout for the fahey horse today..
