Not just football with Grove Junior tomorrow but I actually have to play as it is the end of season Kids vs Dads match and I've been roped in despite having the knees of a cripple. I can't even claim to be the oldest or in worst condition so no chance of me hanging around in goal for the whole match. Sunday is the end of season football presentation where all the local clubs meet up and they hand out trophies and medals etc. Junior's team did ok, no cup run or promotion but not relegated either. Kids have been doing SATS this week so we are going out tonight to celebrate the end of all the stress. Apart from letting the school brag about their results I've no idea what the point of SATS are as most secondary schools will do their own tests and class streaming anyway. I hope to be laid up with Deep Heat rubbed into my aching joints for as much of the weekend as possible unless the knees pack up during the match and I have to go to A&E. What on earth are you up to?
I hope someone goes full Simmie on you. Today I've taken a day off cause I fancied it. I'm going to lay in bed and watch films all day. I have the Intimidation game on now. Tomorrow I think I'm taking a drive up north with an old flame and when we get bored of road tripping, we'll find a BnB wherever, get drunk and take drugs and ****. Will drive home Sunday. Also OP...KYSASAP
Going to Nandos tonight Tomorrow, Declan's playing at noon then Julie and I are heading into Town to go to the Blytheswood hotel as their new restaurant is open then hopefully anal. Sunday, going to Rugby Park to watch The Teds vs Mini-Huns (I believe this is what Celtic fans call them) Oh and #KYSASAP
I watched our 1st leg in Killie next to the train station with the Hibs and Killie fans. They've offered to take me along to the game on Sunday. If I can get up there I'll go along to it. I'll be booking my Wembley hotel and train tickets these next couple days. FTM & FTP
You f****n' betcha it's personal! Fourteen weeks on the wagon finally end tomorrow. Off to Paris for six nights then London for four nights. Nae tourist crap in the French capital; trendy bars on Saturday evening followed by the horse racing and various Brasseries on Sunday. Monday will just be a 'crawl' around three of my fav. parts of the city stuffing beer'n'bourbon down my gob. After a few quiet days I will hit the buffet on the Eurostar followed by Friday afternoon/evening in various rub-a-dubs at The Angel. Saturday in London will be governed by where I can see The Jambos in the Scottish Cup Final then FC Bayern in the DFB Pokal Final. Toodle-pip!
jam sesh tomorrow, one of my neighbours is coming to the mancave to play some choons and smoke some weed.
Depends, what instruments can you play? Wait a minute...you have more weed, **** the jam sesh, pm me and get a train ticket pronto.
Not planned anything but there's still time! I only live one stop from the ground so will have a couple of pints there before heading over. The bars round the stadium will be murder.
Hello my good friend, I hope this finds you well? Have you ever read the book, In Cold Blood by Truman Capote? Is it worth a read?
