We did compete with them, it's just one of them things mate. All you can do is be proud of our boys for the point tally they have amounted.
No complaints City won well Both teams have been outstanding Hope our squad isnt ripped apart, not confident Salah will stay, think CL may decide that. I would trust Klopp to replace him though. If any of the lads read this forum, well done, now can we improve once more and take the next step ?
i like the fact treble liked a post but hasn't much to say about Tuesday when he went missing we all city fans now are we £££££? i pity the league you morons, but you are too busy celebrating because we didn't win!!
Hope you are right. But I honestly cannot see how he could improve on near perfection for the squad that he had. As for the CL we all know it is a cup competition and as such anything can happen. You get the rub of the green or you don't. The Barcelona and Ajax strikers missing open goals showed that.
There are no clubs to be worried about for that. *Barca can't afford any of our players due to the Couts clause *Real, Hazard and Ramos means Salah isn't going there. Also they can't afford to put all their eggs in one basket with one of our players, too much to do. *PSG? City? Other than that who out there has pockets deep enough to buy players we don't want to sell?
Mate, if had been Man City or Man Utd we'd all have been cheering Man City on. Nothing to do with the ££££s
and you had the nerve to tell me to grow up when i made a joke about your beloved joke of a club united also where you been all week? Internet down? sad **** should just say for everyone confused he is a bitter, not a dirty manc
True, but the league is a slog and you generally make your own luck. No doubt we desperately need decent cover/competition up top. No doubt we need cover for LB & RB probably some kind of flair player in the mix too.
I don't see any of our main players leaving. Challenged for the league getting a record 97pts, CL final for second season running and continuous improvements to suggest we're only going to get better.
Its only half true, yes we might have cheered for City, but thats cause United are the real enemy. However City winning and the money has never sat right, for me at least, it brings up worries about spoiling the league.
its everything to do with pounds ffs, utd despite our loving the wums are a far superior team ( history wise to city, its the ££££ that has elevated them.
I can understand rival fans revelling in us not winning the league, I'd be the same if it was United in our situation. But, give it a few years, I think it is a slippery slope if Pep really does create a legacy because they can dominate this league for years if more money is invested in the squad and stadiums etc. May not be enjoyable for us and rivals seeing City win the title if it's the 5th or 6th in a row.
To suggest others should have wanted us to win because Man City spent money is one thing but to think Man Utd fans should is entirely different. When it was Cheksea vs Man Utd, I preferred the southerners to win and I can't stand them!!!
i know, needs to get a life ffs when everton eventually ****ing sorts themselves out we will cheer them on, but it doesn't work the other way round, which is why they are bitter!!!
