    No longer will I have to explain why a professional goal keeper cannot pass the ball to his team mates to City supporting kids.

    That’s a bit harsh Cliftonville - yes his distribution was not great but his shot-stopping was pretty good and saved us on many occasions.

    I actually did explain (attempt) to a perplexed young keeper and players what it was Frank Fielding was doing.

    Maybe Clifton the reason you could only attempt to explain reflects more on your knowledge and lack of vocabulary than it does on Frankie’s ability. Just a thought .

    Or Frank Fieldings goal kicks and distribution to wide receivers was so comically poor it was difficult to provide an explanation to ten and eleven year olds.

    Football is all about opinions, we all see things differently surely you can articulate differing opinions not just your own to the kids.

    I don't understand your post. If an individual consistently cannot deliver a forty metre ball he is poor at that skill.
