Now hang on... The Wirral is NOT part of Liverpool! (I live on the Wirral) It is pretty close to be fair. He's based in Heswall which is a 25-30 min drive from Liverpool. Think if you went to Heswall and insinuated they were scousers/ from Liverpool they'd be pretty offended to be honest.

Oh I'm not saying you're technically wrong. There's been border movement/ recategorisation though it was a decade or so back. Was always debateable whether it was linked to Liverpool or Cheshire (the post-code around here are all CH) so it depends where you look for classification. Anyway the key point. I can't see Mike Dean doing anyone any favours other than Mike Dean. Bonus point: Anyone able to name another celebrity from Heswall?
Unless he was playing against us. Huddersfield got away with all sorts against us last season including not one but two occasions of their players stamping on ours.
