    Congratulations to geoffthegills who has won the prediction league for this season!

    A big Thank You to everybody that has taken part in the competition this season. I hope that it has added a bit of extra fun to the last 9 months of football, and I hope to see you all again for the 2019/2020 competition!

    A close run competition right until the end, and well organised with the weekly updates and hard work by @patchy70

    Thank you to everyone that participated it is what keeps our board together.

    A word to note, that before this season started @JAMES THE GILLS MAN did go to a lot of effort in writing to the club, in way of a prize for this our tenth year of the competition, sadly the club didn't have the courtesy to reply, but we enjoy it for what it is and hopefully Patchy will continue again for an eleventh season.

    And a massive thanks to patchy for giving your time to organise and collate all points through the season.
    I have enjoyed trying to predict how the Gills season will go again amd as ever they have been difficult to guess particularly at home.
    Enjoy your summer everybody and I look forward to going again next season if patchy is going to carry on and hopefully with a new manager we will be predicting more wins.

    I appreciate what you was trying to do behind the scenes and without the knowledge of members. I felt your efforts should be mentioned, the letters were very polite and respectful, it was a shame you wasn't responded to with the same courtesy <applause>

    @JAMES THE GILLS MAN - I have a feeling that if you tried a different approach - like asking @brb to provide a prize for the top 3 from his own pocket, you would would have better luck with getting a reply <whistle> <whistle> <laugh> <laugh>

    Good work Patchy, was far more entertaining than the actual season! I was predicting defeats mainly as if we lost i got points and if we won i was happy we won.....a win win lol
