It's a bit belittling of his own team tbh. Basically saying it takes all 11 of his players to try and match Messi. Especially when you think even if they do have the same desire they still won't match his performance.

Didn't he do similar putting down of his players before the West Ham game?

Yes he did, I think Bournemouth will beat them as Buzzchetto has previous in resting players before European games. Look what happened against Gent.

For the supporter of a team that got beat 4-0 by Bournemouth- at home - with eleven men, I should keep quiet if I were you.
