If 5 out of every 100 people wear brown shoes but more than 50% of the people that wear brown shoes stab each other.

Would you consider people wearing brown shoes to be more or less violent than the majority that don't wear brown shoes ?

The met seem to have got a hold on the situation by profiling potential knife criminals which you undoubtedly think Is racist because those being stopped and searched are most probably predominantly black people .

This is very different to your perceived assertion that I claim they are doing it because they happen to be black.

Clearly not all blacks are knife criminals and victims of knife criminals but nearly all knife criminals and victims of knife criminals happen to be black from only 5% of the total population.
