Worth remembering lads this is League 1.

Players and staff are inconsistent to a point.

I don't think you can put the opposition scoring late goals down to his substitutions. In the recent draws against Portsmouth and Burton the equalisers came before he made his substitutions and the changes he made were attacking players so he was clearly chasing the game and those changes didn't lead to further goals. Last night, he took off two players with question marks over their fitness in like for like swaps. Leadbitter aside, I'm not sure that he had the scope for a third change that would change the pattern of the game as everyone else on the bench was a defender.

Hume is a very good left sided player who can play anywhere down there - would've liked to have seen him on - especially at 1-1 when we needed a win to ensure 4th at worst! Think he is one who could've made a difference who didn;t get on.

Grigg looks nowhere near the player we all thought we were getting - Still don't think he's fit. Wyke may miss chances (no more than Grigg) but, to be honest, he brings a lot more to the team than Grigg - not sure if he was injured or rested or what. Either way it backfired

I'm not saying Ross is infallible. I just don't think his substitutions can be directly related to conceding late goals/equalisers.

Hume might have made a difference but in 9 competitive games this season he's played further forward once, for the U23s. I can see why Ross wouldn't necessarily consider that changing him for Morgan would have any impact.

Agree about Grigg. In fact, even at the time I wasn't convinced he was the right signing.

We will see Grigg next season. Let’s not forget it almost collapsed due to an injury and he’s battled on without any recovery time from that.

I’m convinced he will grow into a great signing, look at Wyke now, he was being written off left right and centre but he gets fit and he’s been a massive influence.

    Grigg will be decent.

Charlton will do us home and away. if we finish 3rd then Peterboro will get 6th and do us, we cannot win. Why did he bring Flanagan and Baldwin back ? dropped them for the Doncaster game and won played great then the last 2 games, well disaster, will Ross ever learn. This team cannot see a game out like the one yesterday, and to lose to that yobbo is really crap. Charlton can finish 3rd with a 3-0 win and pompey draw and then guess who we will have to face for 5 times this season ! oh we won't beat Southend, cos an own goal or 95th miniute equaliser will cost us, why could we just never have got any where near the top 2 in the first place.

We’ve taken 4 points off Charlton this season you joke of a man.

We lost away to Portsmouth only after going a man down, then 2 draws.

6 points of Doncaster and didn’t lose either to Peterborough.

**** off with your short sighted, hapless and poisonous drivel.

No nads your anger should be at the real culprits, you all make me sick, the facts man the facts, we were not good enough. instead of grigg (we could have got Bent on a free in Jan) defenders should have been brought in and since Feb Flanagan and Baldwin should have not got back into that team, and after the Accy game, but oh it is someone else's fault then not Ross's. And for supporting us i have been a season card holder since 1999 so i am allowed my opinion, and i want us to go up and want the manager and players to do well and praise them when they do, so nobody is allowed to criticise like, it is just you views what count .

You not remember the start of the season Monty? We almost all said playoffs would be a bonus, no we are here we are a shambles?

I’m not sure what to make of you, there have been shortcomings and we all admit that, but it’s like you have hypermania lad.

You either support the club or you don’t. It’s fine to have a negative opinion as there have been negatives but all this ‘I’m not going’ ‘we will lose’ (to teams we are better than), ‘I’m never going back’. It’s bullshit mate, it’s irrelevant to the team.

We’ve rebuilt a club and finished in the top few with single figures defeats all competitions. Is that not a start to the recovery? Keep a ****ing grip.

Who undoubtedly would have been welcomed warmly with open arms when he shuffled on in with his diamond encrusted zimmer frame.

Sadly I don't think the quality of our defense is any where near good enough to hold out in high pressure games. The play offs will be high pressure. I do not expect us to get to the play off final, possibly may do if we get Doncaster in play off semi's.

As has been noted Hume could have been brought on and move either Oviedo or O/9 into midfield in place of the woeful Gooch, or bring on Leadbitter for Cattermole who was restricted by being on a yellow, and we actually threaten to score from Leadbitter corners. There is an issue with Grigg, I agree, unfit or just uninterested, I cant make up my mind but whatever it is, he contributes very little, two goals from open play in half a season is not good.for him or us.

That might have made us marginally more potent in attack but I'm still not sure it would have stopped us conceding

Maybe not, but It might have change the momentum of the game, as it was only going one way second half, and this pattern is becoming too predictable. <ok>

Actually, I think that's an area where we're lacking. We don't have a lot of players who can change the course of a game.
