Issue is that he makes the same basic errors every time. The ball-watching, in particular, is a Stephens special; he'll simply stop defending for passages of play. At 25 and with more than 60 PL games under his belt, it's hard to believe he will cut that out.
Eso suena encantador, me encantan los vinos españoles, pero esta noche estoy tomando un shiraz de mi supermercado local
That's on the the food plate. Did you ever see Monty Don's 80 Best Gardens around the world series? In one he had just finished seeing the one near Rome and at the end of the day visited a vineyard where he had red wine, the briliant bread there, and tomatoes. A perfect supper to my mind.
Also, interesting that the manager said that we can now start planning for next season and mentions "rebuilding".
Yep. He didn't even let the equaliser sway his decision. They were awful in that first 20 mins. Very impressive not to wait until HT.
Or ridiculous that their best player is on the bench in the first place if he is fit enough to come on after 20 mins!
Fantastic game and a huge achievement for Ralph. One Sub that changed the game for the better and one who would have been better left on the bench. That complacency cost us the win. We played some fantastic football. Targetts goal was possibly goal of the season for me, Beautiful ball from PEH, dogged determination from Ings and a clever little stall and superb cross from Valery. Oh and a perfect little header from Targett. So many positives, once again JWP steps up when he's needed, great run he's on. Negatives are plenty but who cares, stoked that we held on for the point in the end. Nothing else matters from here on out.
This can't be a surprise to you! Football fans (in general, not all) are incredibly fickle. I dont think saints fans are any different. Look at Solskjaer before and after his appointment. Went from the saviour to "we should have got poch"
Very entertaining game and we probably should have taken all 3 points. All in all, a good season considering how badly we played under Hughes. Ralph has been a breath of fresh air and I am looking forward to seeing what he can achieve next season
